Industry: Pharmaceutical(API / Intermediate Facility)

Experience: 8 - 15 Yrs

Salary: 6- 8 Lac/Year

Work Location: Hyderabad

    Candidate should have 8 to 12 years work experience in Large API Manufacturing / Bulk Drugs companies

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for all activities of Plant Engineering department specifically for Utilities & HVAC

    2. Responsible for plant maintenance (Preventive and Break down) which includes the trouble free operation of the Utility & plant machines including HVAC Systems

    3. Preventive maintenance of plant equipment's and utility equipment's ensuring uninterrupted supply of utilities 4. Maintain all Utilities systems as per cGMP with complete documentation

    5. Route cause analysis of breakdown if any & corrective action, breakdown hours monitoring for all equipment 6. Planning, Scheduling & implementation of maintenance activity.

    7. Engineering documentation work as per the requirement of USFDA & other regulatory guidelines related to the plant maintenance.

    8. Compliance to statutory requirements.

    9. Safety of man and machines

    10. Any other assignment given by the reporting Head
